社保补缴争议应通过仲裁途径解决

【摘要】:正某保险公司职工夏某在公司工作10年,日前辞职。辞职后夏某以该公司10年来未足额为其缴纳社会保险费向劳动争议仲裁机构申请仲裁,要求某保险公司补足10年期间未足额缴纳的社会保险费。劳动争议仲裁机构工作人员在听取了夏某的情况后,表示此案仲裁不能受理,并建议夏某向劳动保障监察部门投诉,由监察立案查处。
[Abstract]:A certain insurance company worker Xia Mou worked in the company 10 years, a few days ago resigns. After his resignation, Xia applied to the labor dispute arbitration institution to pay the social insurance premium for the company in full for 10 years, and asked an insurance company to make up for the social insurance premium that had not been paid in full during the period of 10 years. After hearing Xia's case, the staff of the labor dispute arbitration institution said the arbitration of the case could not be accepted, and suggested that Xia lodge a complaint with the labor security inspection department, and that the case should be investigated and dealt with by the supervision.
