新能源产业商业模式创新的影响因素、机会与障碍

【摘要】:新能源产业商业模式创新的影响因素包括外部因素和内部因素,市场需求、政策导向、技术驱动和目标群体特征是外部影响因素的主要内容,而行业特征、盈利现状、企业家素质则是其内部影响因素;企业与所处环境的融合过程,与供应商、客户、合作伙伴价值链的重构以及企业内部单元的调整重组构成了新能源产业商业模式创新的机会。企业应正确识别商业模式创新过程中的机会和障碍,适应经济全球化和信息化的发展趋势,为我国社会与经济的持续发展作出贡献。
[Abstract]:The influencing factors of business model innovation of new energy industry include external and internal factors, market demand, policy orientation, technology-driven and target group characteristics are the main contents of external factors, while industry characteristics, profit status quo, The entrepreneur's quality is its internal influence factor; The integration process between enterprises and their environment, the reconstruction of value chain with suppliers, customers and partners, and the adjustment and reorganization of internal units of enterprises constitute opportunities for the innovation of business model of new energy industry. Enterprises should correctly identify the opportunities and obstacles in the process of business model innovation, adapt to the trend of economic globalization and informatization, and contribute to the sustainable development of China's society and economy.
