基于高影响度新闻事件的微博信息可信度评估

【摘要】:微博,一个基于网络社会关系的新兴的信息实时发布、传播及交流的社交网络平台。凭借其多元化、碎片化、裂变聚合式的传播方式等特性,微博极大地优化了新闻事件的传媒效果,同时虚假信息甚至是谣言也随之喧嚣尘上,这就使得微博新闻事件的可信度研究越来越得到人们的重视。 本文全面分析总结影响微博信息可信度的三大基本要素,即微博用户、传播过程和消息内容,进一步细化分析研究获得各子要素并设计成相应的假设指标,进而基于假设指标设计调查问卷并对各指标问项进行假设检验并经修正获得高效的影响因子,主要包含对各问项参数指标的量化与评估,问卷的信度与效度检验,以及样本评估后的参数修正等过程,最后构建可信度的评估指标模型体系。本文主要采用了组合赋权的方法,即统筹运用了基于Varimax方差正交旋转的因子分析法、相关系数法以及AHP法来处理各参数假设指标的权值计算和假设检验参数的相关性验证,进而采用基于AHP法的灰色评估模型来计算与评估各指标对于微博新闻事件信息可信度的影响程度。 实验结果表明,微博用户、微博传播过程以及微博内容,都极大地影响着微博新闻事件可信度的评估,其中微博内容对可信度的影响最大;各子因素中,微博信息包含外部链接,情感类语义或非语义符号,用户声望,社群特性以及传播树深度与广度等影响因子显著地影响着微博新闻事件可信度的评估。
[Abstract]:Weibo, a social network platform for the real-time dissemination, dissemination and communication of information based on internet social relations. With its characteristics of diversification, fragmentation, fission and aggregation, Weibo has greatly optimized the media effects of news events, and at the same time, false information and even rumors have accompanied the uproar. This makes the credibility of Weibo news events more and more attention. This paper comprehensively analyzes and summarizes the three basic factors that affect Weibo's information credibility, namely the user, the dissemination process and the content of the message, and further details the analysis and research to obtain the sub-factors and design the corresponding hypothetical index. Then the questionnaire is designed based on the hypothesis index and the hypothesis test is carried out on each index question item and the high efficiency influence factor is obtained through the revision. It mainly includes the quantification and evaluation of the parameter index of the question item, the reliability and validity test of the questionnaire. Finally, the reliability evaluation index model system is constructed. This paper mainly adopts the method of combination weighting, that is, the factor analysis method based on orthogonal rotation of Varimax variance, the correlation coefficient method and the AHP method are used to deal with the weight calculation of each parameter hypothesis index and the correlation verification of the hypothesis test parameter. Then the grey evaluation model based on AHP method is used to calculate and evaluate the influence of each index on the credibility of Weibo news event information. The experimental results show that Weibo users, the process of Weibo communication and the content of Weibo greatly affect the credibility evaluation of the news events of Weibo, in which Weibo content has the greatest impact on the credibility; Among the sub-factors Weibo information includes external links emotional semantic or non-semantic symbols user prestige community characteristics and the depth and breadth of propagation tree.
