56114物流网企业竞争战略思考

【摘要】:本文以物流信息平台为研究对象,通过竞争战略理论,着重分析行业平台的竞争环境,探讨56114物流网的竞争战略选择。首先,本文第一章绪论部分介绍了56114物流网的企业背景,阐述了论文的研究意义和研究方法。在第二章回顾了物流信息平台的概念和作用,介绍了国内外物流信息平台的研究现状和发展状况。第三章介绍了竞争战略理论,借用迈克尔波特的五力模型和三大战略展开叙述。第四章是本文的核心章节,在这一章,深刻分析了56114物流网面临的发展环境,分别在宏观层面,行业方面以及竞争环境进行了深入的分析。第五章结合了竞争战略理论和互联网行业的特点,分别基于环境,资源和注意力角度,从运营、营销、财务三个方面对互联网行业的竞争战略进行了分析,对56114物流网的战略选择提供了有效指导。第六章主要写的是56114物流网的战略选择和实施,通过与菜鸟网的对比制定了差异化战略,在商业模式和营销策略上阐述了战略实施路径。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the logistics information platform as the research object, through the competition strategy theory, emphatically analyzes the competition environment of the industry platform, and probes into the competition strategy choice of the 56114 logistics network. First, the first chapter introduces the enterprise background of 56114 logistics network, expounds the research significance and research method of this paper. In the second chapter, the concept and function of logistics information platform are reviewed, and the research status and development of logistics information platform at home and abroad are introduced. The third chapter introduces the theory of competition strategy, using Michael Porter's five-force model and three strategies. The fourth chapter is the core chapter of this paper, in this chapter, the development environment of 56114 logistics network is deeply analyzed, respectively in the macroscopic level, the industry aspect and the competition environment has carried on the thorough analysis. The fifth chapter combines the theory of competition strategy and the characteristics of the Internet industry, based on the environment, resources and attention respectively, from the operation, marketing, financial aspects of the analysis of the Internet industry's competitive strategy. It provides effective guidance to the strategic choice of 56114 logistics network. The sixth chapter mainly describes the strategic choice and implementation of the 56114 logistics network, through the comparison with the Cainiao network to formulate the differentiation strategy, in the business model and marketing strategy described the implementation of the strategy path.
