学校文化的载体与生成

【摘要】:学校文化基于教育、生于师生、成于社会。对学校教育本质的理解决定着学校文化形成与发展背后的价值观。学校文化的主要载体是师生,每所学校文化都应该带着自身校情即师情、生情来生成其独有的校本文化,动态发展的校本文化也是对师情、生情动态发展的反映。学校文化不是封闭保守的,而具有更开放的态度和更广阔的社会联系。为学生培养营造开放包容的大社会氛围,可更好地奠定学校文化的社会根基并使之回馈社会。
[Abstract]:School culture is based on education, born in teachers and students, become a society. The understanding of the essence of school education determines the values behind the formation and development of school culture. The main carrier of school culture is teachers and students. Each school culture should bring its own school feelings, that is, teachers' feelings, students' feelings to generate its unique school-based culture, and the dynamic development of school-based culture is also a reflection of the dynamic development of teachers' feelings and students' feelings. School culture is not closed and conservative, but has a more open attitude and broader social ties. Creating an open and inclusive social atmosphere for students can better lay the social foundation of school culture and make it return to the society.
