教师责任范畴:内涵、外延及其架构

【摘要】:对教师责任范畴,人们虽已作了不少探讨,但概念依然相对模糊,故当再作审理和思辨。教师责任有狭义和广义之分,并具有职业本分性、认识相对性、社会伦理性和权利对应性等属性。教师主要承担相应的教育责任、法律责任和道德责任,但对文化创造和促进社会文明的责任也须重视,教师责任担当的范围随个人能力的增长日益扩大。教师责任是一个完整的体系,各责任要素存在时间、空间和人际关联,要督促并鼓励教师在认真履行基本的职业责任的基础上承担更多、更大的文化和社会责任,并在教育界形成良好的责任担当氛围。
[Abstract]:Although people have made a lot of discussions on the category of teachers' responsibility, the concept is still relatively vague, so it should be tried and deliberated again. Teachers' responsibility is divided into narrow sense and broad sense, and it has the attributes of professional identity, cognitive relativity, social ethics and right correspondence. Teachers mainly bear the corresponding education responsibility, legal responsibility and moral responsibility, but the responsibility of creating culture and promoting social civilization should also be paid attention to. The scope of teachers' responsibility is expanding with the growth of individual ability. Teacher responsibility is a complete system in which the elements of responsibility exist in time, space and interpersonal connection. Teachers should be urged and encouraged to assume more, greater cultural and social responsibilities on the basis of conscientiously fulfilling their basic professional responsibilities. And in the field of education to form a good atmosphere of responsibility.
