干预模式对农村留守儿童体育锻炼习惯的培养及影响的实验研究

【摘要】:随着我国上世纪80年代的改革开放,我国的农村劳动力大量的外出打工。导致大量的儿童留在农村由他们的(爷爷奶奶、外公外婆、叔叔等)其他监护人照顾,形成了一个特殊的群体就是“留守儿童”。留守儿童的每年的数量呈现出不断增长的趋势,同时也引起了国家和社会的广泛关注。一些专家和学者专门对于留守儿童做了研究,留守儿童问题主要体现在:安全问题、身体健康、心理健康、人格的发展、学习成绩等几个方面。有一些学者采用体育干预和心理干预对留守儿童行进研究,对于留守儿童心理的健康发展都有很好的促进作用。本次研究笔者通过对干预模式的构建实施起到促进留守儿童体育锻炼习惯的培养,从而通过体育锻炼习惯的形成对于留守儿童心理健康、体质健康、文化成绩的影响,本次实验以崇州市廖家小学为例进行为期12周的实验研究。得出了以下结论:(1)干预模式对廖家小学留守儿童体育锻炼习惯的培养:实验前后结果显示学生的认知、参与锻炼态度、参与体育锻炼频率和时间都有明显的提升。说明干预模式对留守儿童体育锻炼习惯起到了培养。(2)干预模式对廖家小学留守儿童心理健康影响的干预结果显示:男生实验组的留守儿童在过敏倾向、冲动倾向和总分呈现显著性差异,女生实验组的留守儿童则在孤独倾向和过敏倾向两个因子呈现显著性的差异。而对照组的留守儿童还是按照原来的生活,在8个心理健康因子中略有下降。这表明干预模式对留守儿童的心理健康的影响起到积极的促进作用。(3)干预模式对廖家小学留守儿童体质健康及文化的影响实验结果显示:留守儿童体质健康实验前后的5个指标中明显高于对照组的留守儿童,其中男生在50m、坐位体前屈、肺活量呈现出显著性差异;女生在50m、坐位体前屈、1分钟跳绳中呈现出显著性差异。而对照组的留守儿童没有体质健康指标呈显著性差异,表明干预模式对留守儿童的体质健康起到促进作用。本次研究留守儿童参与体育锻炼耽误了时间不但没有影响到他们的文化成绩,相反对于实验组的留守儿童起到了积极作用。
[Abstract]:With the reform and opening up in 1980's, the rural labor force of our country go out to work a lot. As a result, a large number of children remain in the countryside under the care of their guardians (grandparents, uncles, etc.), forming a special group of "left-behind children". The number of children left behind shows a growing trend every year, but also caused widespread concern by the country and society. Some experts and scholars have done research on left-behind children. The problems of left-behind children are mainly reflected in the following aspects: safety, physical health, mental health, personality development, academic achievement and so on. Some scholars use sports intervention and psychological intervention to study the progress of left-behind children, which can promote the healthy development of mental health of left-behind children. The author of this study through the construction and implementation of the intervention model to promote the left-behind children's physical training habits, so that through the formation of physical exercise habits for left-behind children's mental health, physical health, cultural performance, the impact of the formation of the left behind children's mental health, physical health, cultural performance, The experiment was carried out for 12 weeks with the example of Liojia Primary School in Chongzhou City. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the intervention model has obviously improved the students' cognition, attitude, frequency and time of physical exercise. The results showed that the intervention model had an effect on the mental health of the left-behind children in Liao Jia primary school. The results showed that the left-behind children in the male experimental group were allergic to each other. The impulsive tendency and total score showed significant difference, while the left behind children in female experimental group showed significant difference in two factors: loneliness tendency and allergy tendency. In the control group, the left-behind children were still living as before, and had a slight decrease in 8 mental health factors. This indicates that the intervention model has a positive effect on the mental health of left-behind children. (3) the effect of intervention mode on the physical health and culture of left-behind children in Liao Jia primary school shows that: the physical health of left-behind children is healthy. The five indexes before and after Kang experiment were significantly higher than those in the control group. There were significant differences in body flexion and vital capacity of male students at 50m. Girls in 50 m, sitting position forward flexion, 1-minute rope skipping showed a significant difference. However, there was no significant difference in the physical health index of the left-behind children in the control group, indicating that the intervention model could promote the physical health of the left-behind children. This study left behind children to participate in physical exercise delayed time not only did not affect their cultural achievements, on the contrary for the experimental group of left-behind children played a positive role.
