上海市非在编幼儿园教师生存状态研究

【摘要】: 生存,一直以来都是人类社会不懈的向往与追求。特别是随着建设和谐社会和教师生存研究的兴起,弱势教师群体生存状态的研究更显得当务之急。但是目前国内对非在编幼儿园教师这一弱势教师群体的研究还极少。 半研究采用量的研究与质的研究相结合的方法,从业余休闲生活、工作环境、身份和地位、专业发展和教师工作基本情况五个方面的维度入手,通过自行编制了《非在编幼儿园教师生存状态研究问卷》和访谈提纲,对上海市的10个区县的的320名公办幼儿园的教师进行了调查,其中非在编幼儿园教师160名,在编幼儿园教师160名。通过独立样本T检验,方差分析和开放式访谈,对上海市非在编幼儿园教师的生存状态进行了比较深入的研究和反思。 研究结果发现,目前非在编幼儿园教师在业余休闲生活(节假日参与园所活动、平时参与园所休闲活动、业余时间的内容与爱好、交往对象、休闲支出);工作环境(园所硬件设施、参与园所管理、人际关系、权利和权益维护);身份和地位(身份、社会地位);专业发展(专业发展途径、专业选择权和话语权、成就感)和教师工作基本情况(薪酬待遇、考核评价、身体健康、工作负荷)等方面与在编幼儿园教师相比存在着很大差异,与在编幼儿园教师相比,非在编幼儿园教师享受的休闲文化生活质量不高;非在编幼儿园教师的工作环境不容乐观;非在编幼儿园教师的身份和地位偏低;非在编幼儿园教师的专业发展极其困难;非在编幼儿园教师待遇低下。 接着本研究经过后期访谈,本研究主要从社会因素、教育行政部门的因素和教师个人主观因素对非在编幼儿园教师的生存状态的影响因素进行了初步的分析,并从存在主义视角对非在编幼儿园教师的生存状态进行了反思,从而得出了非在编幼儿园教师是边缘人;非在编幼儿园教师是隐形人;非在编幼儿园教师是套中人的结论。
[Abstract]:Survival has always been the unremitting yearning and pursuit of human society. Especially with the construction of a harmonious society and the rise of teachers' survival research, the study of the living state of the disadvantaged teachers is even more urgent. But at present, there are few researches on non-kindergarten teachers in China. The semi-research adopts the method of combining quantitative research with qualitative research, starting with the dimensions of amateur leisure life, work environment, status and status, professional development and the basic situation of teachers' work. By compiling the questionnaire on the living state of teachers in non-working kindergartens and the outline of interviews, 320 teachers of public kindergartens in 10 districts and counties of Shanghai were investigated, among which 160 teachers were non-teachers in kindergartens. There are 160 teachers in kindergarten. Through independent sample T-test, ANOVA and open interview, this paper makes a deep research and reflection on the living state of non-kindergarten teachers in Shanghai. The results show that at present, the teachers of non-editorial kindergartens are engaged in leisure activities in their spare time (participating in the activities of the park during holidays, in leisure activities in the garden in peacetime, in the contents and hobbies of their spare time, in the objects of communication, etc.) Leisure expenditure); working environment (hardware facilities of the garden, participation in the management of the garden, interpersonal relations, rights and interests maintenance); identity and status (identity, social status); professional development (professional development path, professional options and voice rights), There are great differences between teachers and teachers in terms of salary, assessment, health, workload and so on. The quality of leisure cultural life enjoyed by non-kindergarten teachers is not high; the working environment of non-kindergarten teachers is not optimistic; the status and status of non-kindergarten teachers are on the low side; the professional development of non-kindergarten teachers is extremely difficult; The salary of non-kindergarten teachers is low. Then after the later interview, this study mainly analyzes the influence factors of non-kindergarten teachers' living state from the social factors, the factors of educational administration and the teachers' personal subjective factors. From the perspective of existentialism, the author reflects on the living state of non-kindergarten teachers, and concludes that non-kindergarten teachers are marginal people, non-kindergarten teachers are invisible people, and non-kindergarten teachers are middle people.
