多功能单相光伏并网发电装置

【摘要】:在全球能源形势的大背景下,开发和利用新能源已经成为解决能源危机的重要措施,其中太阳能以其无穷无尽的储量及清洁安全无污染的特点成为新能源开发的重点对象之一。同时,随着越来越多的分布式能源以及非线性负荷接入电网使得电网中的谐波含量大大增加,对电力系统的稳定造成了严重影响。本文对比分析了光伏并网逆变器和并联型有源滤波器的结构及其工作原理,研究其统一控制策略,使光伏并网发电系统同时具有光伏并网发电和有源滤波两项功能,实现一机多能,不仅净化了电网、提高了设备利用率,同时在一定意义上推动了光伏产业的发展。针对多功能并网发电装置的谐波电流检测部分,本文分析了基于瞬时无功理论的单相谐波检测方法,并对其进行改进,同时提出了一种基于Fryze无功理论的谐波检测方法,该方法在谐波检测精度和响应速度方面均优于瞬时无功理论的检测方法。与L滤波器相比,LCL滤波器具有更高的高频衰减能力,但参数设计以及主电路控制也更复杂。首先,针对LCL滤波器的参数设计,本文从LCL滤波器的数学模型入手,在基波和谐波输出的限制条件下,通过图解法详细分析各参数之间的耦合关系,在一定谐振频率和谐波衰减范围内,得到LCL滤波器的参数设计和优化方法。其次,关于LCL滤波器带来的谐振问题,本文采用一种基于电容电流反馈的有源阻尼控制来进行抑制。为了实现对指令电流良好的跟踪效果,本文采用重复控制策略对指令电流进行高精度的跟踪,通过对多功能光伏并网发电装置在单独光伏发电、单独有源滤波和同时光伏发电和有源滤波的方式下进行仿真,结果验证了本文所设参数的正确性和控制策略的可行性。最后简单的阐述了系统硬件电路的设计。
[Abstract]:Against the background of the global energy situation, the development and utilization of new energy has become an important measure to solve the energy crisis. Solar energy, with its endless reserves and clean, safe and pollution-free characteristics, has become one of the key targets of new energy development. At the same time, with more and more distributed energy and nonlinear load connected to the power network, the harmonic content in the power network is greatly increased, which has a serious impact on the stability of the power system. In this paper, the structure and working principle of photovoltaic grid-connected inverter and shunt active power filter are compared and analyzed, and its unified control strategy is studied, so that the photovoltaic grid-connected power generation system has two functions of photovoltaic grid-connected generation and active filter simultaneously. The realization of multifunction not only purifies the power grid, improves the utilization ratio of equipment, but also promotes the development of photovoltaic industry in a certain sense. Aiming at the harmonic current detection part of multi-function grid-connected generation device, this paper analyzes the single-phase harmonic detection method based on instantaneous reactive power theory, and improves it. At the same time, a harmonic detection method based on Fryze reactive power theory is proposed. This method is superior to the instantaneous reactive power theory in detecting accuracy and response speed. Compared with L filter, LCL filter has higher high frequency attenuation ability, but parameter design and main circuit control are more complex. First of all, aiming at the parameter design of LCL filter, this paper starts with the mathematical model of LCL filter, and analyzes the coupling relation among the parameters by graphic method under the limit of fundamental wave and harmonic output. In the range of resonance frequency and harmonic attenuation, the parameter design and optimization method of LCL filter are obtained. Secondly, an active damping control based on capacitive current feedback is used to suppress the resonance caused by LCL filter. In order to achieve good tracking effect of instruction current, this paper adopts repetitive control strategy to track instruction current with high precision. The simulation results of single active filter and simultaneous photovoltaic power generation and active filter show the correctness of the proposed parameters and the feasibility of the control strategy. At last, the design of the hardware circuit of the system is simply described.
