2016年7月31日广西苍梧5.4级地震灾害特征分析

【摘要】:2016年7月31日广西苍梧县发生5.4级地震,震源深度10km,位于广西、湖南、广东3省(区)交界,具有特殊的地理位置、地形地貌、人口分布、气候条件等。此次地震相比国内同等级地震,造成的灾害损失相对较轻,但其打破了华南少震弱震地区的平静,应引起足够的重视。经过现场实地考察和总结分析,得出苍梧地震7大灾情特征:发生于少震弱震地区;灾区人口密度低;灾区建筑类型单一,经济发展水平低;地震动持续时间短;余震少且震级低;地震未引发大型滑坡、泥石流等次生地质灾害;台风等气候灾害多发,易与地震灾害叠加。文中通过介绍此次地震的基本概况,初步分析了苍梧地震的灾害特征,总结了部分经验和启示,为华南少震弱震地区更好地应对中强地震,最大限度减轻人民生命财产损失,提出了具有针对性的建议和应对措施。
[Abstract]:A magnitude 5.4 earthquake occurred in Cangwu County, Guangxi on July 31, 2016, with a focal depth of 10 km. It is located at the junction of three provinces (regions) of Guangxi, Hunan and Guangdong. It has special geographical location, landform, population distribution and climatic conditions. The disaster loss caused by this earthquake is relatively lighter than that of the same magnitude earthquake in China, but it breaks the calm of the area with less earthquakes and weak earthquakes in South China, which should be paid enough attention to. After on-the-spot investigation and summing up and analysis, it is concluded that the Cangwu earthquake occurred in the weak earthquake area, the population density was low, the building type was single, the economic development level was low, the duration of ground motion was short; Small aftershocks and low magnitude; earthquakes did not cause large-scale landslides, debris flow and other secondary geological disasters; typhoons and other climatic disasters, easy to superimpose with earthquake disasters. By introducing the basic situation of the earthquake, the disaster characteristics of the Cangwu earthquake are preliminarily analyzed, and some experiences and revelations are summarized in order to better deal with moderate and strong earthquakes and to minimize the loss of people's lives and property in the areas with small earthquakes and weak earthquakes in South China. Some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
