基于WSN的井下高压电网漏电保护系统

【摘要】:漏电是井下高压电网的主要失效形式之一,漏电故障容易引起电火花,甚至引起瓦斯爆炸等严重的事故。严酷的煤矿生产环境,对矿井高压电网的漏电保护提出了非常苛刻的要求。由于稳态漏电信号微弱,干扰信号多,漏电故障处理机制复杂,因而井下高压电网漏电保护一直是一个关注度较高的课题。 传统的漏电保护大都采用有线方式来进行数据传输,布线非常麻烦,同时当电网需要改动的时候就需要重新布线,灵活性不够。因此,将无线传感器网络(WSN:Wireless Sensor Network)技术用于井下电网的漏电保护,实现信息的无线传输和组网,能够很好地解决上述问题。 本文采用基于ZigBee的无线传感器网络,ZigBee技术是一种新型双向无线通讯技术,它的节点布置方式灵活,性能可靠,能耗较低,移动方便,性价比高。通过在井下电网上布置ZigBee无线传感器节点,并构建网络,免去了有线传输的繁琐,节省了投资,更可以简单方便的增减节点。 本文首先阐述了课题的研究目的,国内外的研究现状以及研究目的和意义;在分析了ZigBee无线传感器网络的相关理论和技术的基础上提出了基于WSN的井下高压电网的漏电保护系统;接着分析了井下高压电网漏电故障以及保护原理;进行了系统总体设计以及硬件设计,对中央处理器进行了选型,设计了路由器节点,终端节点,协调器节点和上位机的硬件部分。最后本文对下位机各节点进行了软件设计,并且把Labview应用于上位机的程序设计。
[Abstract]:Leakage is one of the main failure forms of underground high voltage power network. Leakage fault can easily cause electric sparks and even serious accidents such as gas explosion. The harsh coal mine production environment puts forward very harsh requirements for leakage protection of mine high-voltage power network. Because the steady state leakage signal is weak, the interference signal is many, and the mechanism of leakage fault treatment is complex, the leakage protection of underground high voltage power network is always a subject of high attention. The traditional leakage protection mostly uses the wired way to transmit the data, and the wiring is very troublesome. At the same time, when the power network needs to change, it needs to be rewired, so it is not flexible enough. Therefore, the application of wireless sensor network (WSN:Wireless Sensor Network) technology to underground power grid leakage protection, the realization of wireless information transmission and networking, can solve the above problems. In this paper, the wireless sensor network based on ZigBee is adopted. ZigBee technology is a new two-way wireless communication technology. It has flexible node arrangement, reliable performance, low energy consumption, convenient movement and high performance-price ratio. By arranging ZigBee wireless sensor nodes on underground power network and constructing the network, it can avoid the red tape of wired transmission, save investment, and can add or decrease nodes simply and conveniently. In this paper, the purpose of the research, the domestic and foreign research status, the purpose and significance of the research; Based on the analysis of the theory and technology of ZigBee wireless sensor network, the leakage protection system of underground high voltage power network based on WSN is put forward, and then the leakage fault and protection principle of underground high voltage network are analyzed. The overall design and hardware design of the system are carried out. The central processor is selected and the hardware parts of the router node, terminal node, coordinator node and upper computer are designed. Finally, the software of each node of the lower computer is designed, and the Labview is applied to the program design of the upper computer.
