氮气钻完井井口装置与管柱冲蚀性能研究

【摘要】:氮气钻井技术隶属于气体钻井技术,是一种科技含量较高、工程效果较好的欠平衡钻井技术,但是在钻井过程中,冲蚀和腐蚀的交互作用将造成井口、欠平衡装置、钻杆、套管及地面管线的短期损伤失效,这就需要寻求一种方法有效的解决氮气钻完井过程中冲蚀失效问题。于是本文提出了氮气钻完井井口装置与管柱材料冲蚀性能研究的问题。由于氮气钻完井过程中,冲蚀作用将造成井口、欠平衡装置、钻杆、套管及地面管线的短期损伤失效,需要建立冲蚀试验装置,研究工况环境条件对不同井口制造材料(包括多种防冲蚀设计的合金、硬质合金涂层、四通等)的冲蚀影响规律及特征,明确井口装置的冲蚀机理。给出适合油田井口装置的冲蚀建议,以解决氮气钻完井过程中冲蚀失效问题,这对于油田的顺利开发及安全生产具有十分重要的意义。本论文通过对井口装置冲蚀机理分析,建立冲蚀实验装置,针对不同工况对材料进行冲蚀实验并结合模拟试验研究,提出井口装置预防冲蚀的结构设计和优化其表面处理强化工艺,降低冲蚀的危害。并依据冲蚀试验数据和建立的定量判定模型,为氮气钻井和完井工艺的安全实施提供可靠技术依据,以保证油田的安全开发。
[Abstract]:Nitrogen drilling technology belongs to gas drilling technology. It is a kind of underbalanced drilling technology with high technology content and good engineering effect. However, in the drilling process, the interaction of erosion and corrosion will result in wellhead, underbalance device, drill pipe, The short term damage failure of casing and surface pipeline requires an effective solution to the erosion failure during nitrogen drilling and completion. In this paper, the problem of erosion performance of nitrogen drilling and completion well head device and pipe string material is put forward in this paper. Due to the short term damage failure of wellhead, underbalance device, drill pipe, casing and surface pipeline caused by erosion during nitrogen drilling and completion, it is necessary to establish a erosion test device. The effects of working conditions on the erosion of different wellhead materials (including many kinds of erosion-resistant alloys, cemented carbide coatings, four-way etc.) were studied, and the erosion mechanism of wellhead devices was clarified. In order to solve the problem of erosion failure during drilling and completion of nitrogen gas, it is of great significance for the smooth development and safe production of oil fields. In this paper, the erosion mechanism of the wellhead device is analyzed, and the erosion experiment device is established. The erosion experiment is carried out on the materials under different working conditions and combined with the simulation test. The structure design of the wellhead device for preventing erosion and optimizing its surface treatment and strengthening technology are put forward to reduce the damage of erosion. Based on the erosion test data and the established quantitative judgment model, the reliable technical basis is provided for the safe implementation of nitrogen drilling and completion process in order to ensure the safe development of oil fields.
