马克思主义视阈下的西方职工股份所有制研究

【摘要】:职工股份所有制,是指一种由本企业职工作为一个整体来拥有企业一部分或者全部股票,从而拥有企业产权并依托职工持股信托基金会进行集中管理的所有制形式。职工股份所有制的出现和发展,是当代资本主义众多新变化当中最引人注目的一项内容。考察资本主义在当代的新变化新发展,探讨资本主义的未来走向,我们必须要分析和研究西方职工股份所有制。 西方职工股份所有制的产生和发展,是由诸多因素所决定的。第一,职工股份所有制适应了资本主义生产力的发展水平是其产生及发展的根本原因。资本主义的生产力需要发展,需要激励更多因素参与扩大生产,提升生产力水平;第二,,民主化程度的提高为资本主义制度的发展与完善以及职工管理模式方面的创新提供了条件。民主化水平的提高,增强了职工对企业的归属感和认同感,并在一定程度上激发了职工的劳动积极性;第三,贫富差距拉大以及日益尖锐的传统劳资矛盾是职工股份所有制产生及发展的直接原因。第四,各国政府的支持推动了职工股份所有制的发展和巩固。第五,实行职工股份所有制是企业获得长远发展的必然要求。 职工股份所有制的产生和发展,改变了以往那种单一的纯粹的私人占有制的旧模式,扩大了资本的所有权范围,使所有权和经营权发生分离,反映了资本所有权关系的变化趋势,为资本主义经济注入了一股新鲜血液。职工股份所有制作为股份制的一种特殊形式,使资本的所有权关系发生了重大变革:资本的所有权主体由资本家向工人阶级转移。职工股份所有制的产生和发展为未来新社会准备了必要的物质基础,成为资本主义转向未来新社会的一个新的过渡点。 从实质上来看,职工股份所有制并没有超越资本主义生产关系的范围。它只是适应了当代资本主义发展的内在需求,是为了巩固资本主义统治做出的局部政策调整。从西方职工股份所有制的局限性以及未来发展趋势来看,这种在具体经济制度上的变化并不是资本主义生产制度的根本变化,资本主义社会原有的生产关系也没有因职工股份所有制的出现而发生根本的变化,资本主义的根本经济制度还是私有制。因此,仅仅实行职工股份所有制,并没有改变资本主义制度的性质。
[Abstract]:Employee share ownership is a form of ownership which is owned by the staff and workers of the enterprise as a whole to own a part or all of the shares of the enterprise, thus owning the property right of the enterprise and relying on the trust fund of the employee shareholding to carry on the centralized management. The emergence and development of employee share ownership is one of the most noticeable changes in contemporary capitalism. To investigate the new changes and developments of capitalism in the present age and the future trend of capitalism, we must analyze and study the ownership of shares of western workers and staff. The emergence and development of the western worker's share ownership are determined by many factors. First, employee share ownership adapts to the development level of capitalist productive forces. The productive forces of capitalism need to be developed, and more factors should be encouraged to participate in expanding production and raising the level of productive forces. Secondly, the improvement of democratization provides conditions for the development and perfection of capitalist system and the innovation of staff management mode. The improvement of the level of democratization strengthens the sense of belonging and identity of the staff and workers, and to a certain extent stimulates the enthusiasm of the workers. Third, the widening gap between the rich and the poor and the increasingly sharp traditional labor contradictions are the direct reasons for the emergence and development of employee share ownership. Fourth, the support of governments has promoted the development and consolidation of employee share ownership. Fifth, the implementation of employee share ownership is an inevitable requirement for the long-term development of enterprises. The emergence and development of employee's share ownership have changed the old mode of single and pure private possession system, expanded the scope of ownership of capital, and separated the ownership from the management right. It reflects the changing trend of capital ownership relationship and infuses a new blood into capitalist economy. As a special form of joint-stock system, the ownership of employee shares has changed greatly: the subject of ownership of capital is transferred from capitalist to working class. The emergence and development of employee share ownership have prepared the necessary material basis for the future new society and become a new transition point for capitalism to turn to the future new society. In essence, employee share ownership does not exceed the scope of capitalist relations of production. It only adapts to the internal demand of the development of contemporary capitalism, is to consolidate the local policy adjustment made by the capitalist rule. From the point of view of the limitations of the ownership of shares of workers and staff in the West and the trend of future development, this change in the specific economic system is not a fundamental change in the capitalist production system. The original relations of production in capitalist society have not changed fundamentally because of the emergence of employee's share ownership, and the fundamental economic system of capitalism is still private ownership. Therefore, the practice of employee share ownership alone does not change the nature of the capitalist system.
