腔体滤波器小型化的研究与设计

【摘要】:目前,通信系统正处于高速发展的状态,而滤波器是通信系统中的关键器件,其性能对通信系统有着非常重要的影响。如何快速研发小尺寸、高性能、低成本的滤波器对无线通信系统未来发展具有非常重要的实际意义。针对上述目标,本课题在介质滤波器以及交指腔体滤波器方面进行了深入的研究。通过运用介质材料和电容加载原理有效的减小了滤波器的体积。文中先对对介质谐振器的相关基础理论进行论述,并且依据理论设计出一种双频带通介质腔体滤波器。该滤波器由相同材料的介质腔体和矩形介质谐振器组合而成,两者连为一体,腔体内部不需要传统金属腔体滤波器那样的固定谐振器的装置,在介质腔体的所有外表面镀上一层厚度很薄的金属银。然后借助电磁仿真软件建立三维仿真模型,最后获得符合设计指标的仿真模型。然后,又提出两种单块的介质波导滤波器的设计方案,滤波器是由介电常数εr =20.5的单块陶瓷材料铸造而成,通过使用介质材料缩小了滤波器的体积。滤波器的所有外表面均镀上一层金属银或者金属化合物。波导谐振器通过引入调谐和耦合盲孔,可以对加工成实物的滤波器进行微调,保证了加工的成品率。通过采用交叉耦合的设计结构增强了其带外抑制能力。借助电磁仿真软件建立三维仿真模型,通过优化最后得到中心频率f0=2.6GHz、通带带宽BW=100MHz的滤波器仿真模型。最后,介绍一款应用于矢量网络分析仪上的交指腔体滤波器的设计方案。它是由λ/4金属谐振器交错形成,凭借着加载电容的引入使其尺寸得到减小。借助仿真软件建立三维仿真模型,通过优化最后得到了中心频率f0=6.9GHz、通带带宽BW=1.3GHz的滤波器仿真模型。
[Abstract]:At present, the communication system is in a state of rapid development, and filter is the key device in the communication system, its performance has a very important impact on the communication system. How to develop small size, high performance and low cost filter quickly is of great practical significance for the future development of wireless communication system. In view of the above objectives, this paper has carried on the thorough research in the dielectric filter and the cross finger cavity filter. The volume of the filter is reduced effectively by using the dielectric material and the principle of capacitance loading. In this paper, the basic theory of dielectric resonator is discussed, and a dual-band pass dielectric cavity filter is designed according to the theory. The filter is composed of a dielectric cavity of the same material and a rectangular dielectric resonator, which are connected together. There is no need for a fixed resonator device such as a traditional metal cavity filter in the cavity. A thin layer of silver metal is coated on all external surfaces of the dielectric cavity. Then the three-dimensional simulation model is established with electromagnetic simulation software. Finally, the simulation model which accords with the design index is obtained. Then, two design schemes of single dielectric waveguide filter are proposed. The filter is made of a single ceramic material with dielectric constant 蔚 r = 20.5, and the volume of the filter is reduced by using dielectric material. All outer surfaces of the filter are coated with a layer of metal silver or metal compounds. By introducing tuning and coupling blind holes, the waveguide resonator can fine-tune the filter machined into the object to ensure the finished product rate. The out-of-band suppression ability is enhanced by adopting cross-coupling design structure.
