面板堆石坝垫层区施工新技术的研究

【摘要】: 混凝土面板堆石坝挤压墙法是一项问世不久的面板坝垫层区施工新技术。它与传统面板坝垫层区施工方法比较有着许多突出的优点。现在虽然国外已有使用的先例,但依靠仅有的几篇广告性的介绍文章,无法满足施工应用的需要,而且最早使用该方法的巴西依塔坝在蓄水后还发生了最大渗流量为1300L/s的渗漏,这令很多人对该方法应用的有效性产生了怀疑。因此,系统进行挤压墙法研究,对指导面板坝设计和施工有着重要的经济价值和工程意义。 本文通过较长时间的理论和实践研究,在挤压墙法、施工机械、挤压墙砼材料、施工方法、工艺流程、施工成本及面板混凝土应力变形的影响等方面,重点做了大量工作,初步得到了如下有益的成果和认识: 一、通过自主设计、试制、野外机械性能试验和调试,完成了边墙挤压机样机结构的组装设计,试制了性能样机,确定了各项主要技术参数,并在此基础上首次将边墙挤压机性能样机发展为获得国家专利权的边墙挤压机产品。 二、通过室内试验和工程试用,提出了混凝土挤压墙的实用断面形式和混凝土材料的配合比的实用配方。 三、通过数值模拟施工过程的理论计算,对初期挤压墙的施工稳定性和挤压墙法对面板应力、变形的影响,从理论上提出了具有一定说服力的评价意见。 四、通过工程实践的摸索、总结和不断改进,提出了边墙挤压机工作原理的清晰概念和挤压机使用和保养的技术细则。 五、通过工程应用的摸索、总结和不断改进,提出了挤压墙法垫层区施工的方法、配套工艺流程和工程成本的经济性分析论据。
[Abstract]:The extrusion wall method of concrete face rockfill dam is a new construction technology in cushion area of concrete faced rockfill dam. It has many outstanding advantages compared with the traditional construction method of concrete face dam cushion area. Although there have been precedents for use in foreign countries, but relying on only a few advertising articles, they cannot meet the needs of construction applications. Moreover, the Brazilian Ita Dam, which was the first to use the method, has a leakage of 1300L/s after impoundment, which makes many people doubt the validity of the method. Therefore, the study of extrusion wall method is of great economic value and engineering significance to guide the design and construction of concrete faced dam. In this paper, a lot of work has been done in the aspects of extrusion wall method, construction machinery, extruded wall concrete material, construction method, technological process, construction cost and the influence of stress and deformation of concrete face slab on the basis of long time theoretical and practical research. The results are as follows: first, through independent design, trial production, field mechanical performance test and debugging, the assembly design of the prototype structure of the sidewall extruder has been completed, and the performance prototype has been trial-produced. The main technical parameters are determined, and the performance prototype of the sidewall extruder is developed for the first time to obtain the national patent for the side wall extruder. Secondly, through laboratory test and engineering trial, the practical cross section form of concrete extrusion wall and the practical formula of mix ratio of concrete material are put forward. Thirdly, through the theoretical calculation of numerical simulation of the construction process, the author puts forward some persuasive evaluation opinions on the stability of the initial extrusion wall construction and the influence of the extrusion wall method on the stress and deformation of the slab. Fourthly, through the exploration of engineering practice, summing up and improving continuously, the clear concept of working principle of sidewall extruder and the technical rules for the use and maintenance of extruder are put forward. Fifthly, through the exploration of engineering application, summing up and improving continuously, the paper puts forward the construction method, supporting technological process and economic analysis of engineering cost of extruding wall method cushion area.
