能量供应原理在舞蹈课堂训练中的应用研究

【摘要】:人体运动的能量来源于三大供能系统:磷酸原供能系统、糖酵解供能系统、有氧氧化供能系统。三个供能系统的供能条件、供能长短、供能大小各不相同。舞蹈表演中有氧氧化供能最为重要,为舞蹈长时间提供能量;糖酵解供能系统也不可或缺,每个舞蹈剧目的快板都或多或少需要糖酵解提供的能量;磷酸原供能系统对于优秀舞者极其重要,只有它能为技术技巧提高充足的能源。在舞蹈训练中要遵循各个供能系统的原理合理训练,提高每个供能系统的能力,在舞蹈表演时充分利用人体能量。本文从三大供能系统的原理切入,结合舞蹈表演的耗能特点,对舞蹈课堂训练的安排进行分析,提出在舞蹈训练中发展三大供能系统的方法。
[Abstract]:The energy of human body movement comes from three major energy supply systems: phosphate energy supply system, glycolysis energy supply system and aerobic oxidation energy supply system. The energy supply conditions, length and magnitude of the three energy supply systems are different. Aerobic oxidation energy supply is the most important in dance performance, which provides energy for a long period of time. Glycolysis energy supply system is also indispensable, and the energy provided by glycolysis is more or less needed in the Allegro of every dance repertoire. Phosphoric acid energy supply system is very important for good dancers, only it can provide sufficient energy for technical skills. In dance training, we should follow the principle of each energy supply system, improve the ability of each energy supply system, and make full use of human body energy in dance performance. Based on the principle of three energy supply systems and the energy consumption characteristics of dance performances, this paper analyzes the arrangement of dance classroom training, and puts forward a method to develop the three energy supply systems in dance training.
