新型三重抗生素联合氢氧化钙对粪肠球菌的体外抗菌效果

【摘要】:目的观察新型三重抗生素联合氢氧化钙对根管内粪肠球菌感染的体外抗菌效果。方法选取80颗牙体完整、发育正常的离体人单根管前磨牙,建立粪肠球菌离体根管感染模型。将其随机分为5组,每组16颗,分别使用生理盐水(NS组)、氢氧化钙(CH组)、传统三重抗生素(甲硝唑、米诺环素和环丙沙星,TAP组)、新型三重抗生素(奥硝唑、米诺环素和环丙沙星,NTAP组)和新型三重抗生素联合氢氧化钙(NTAP+CH组)进行根管内封药,采用菌落计数法分别观察封药后第3天和第7天的粪肠球菌菌落数并利用扫描电镜观察。结果封药后第3、7天,NTAP组和NTAP+CH组的细菌菌落数均低于TAP组和CH组(P0.05)。NTAP+CH组封药后第3天的细菌菌落数较NTAP组减少(P0.05),而在第7天时两组差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。扫描电镜下可见封药后第3、7天,NTAP组和NTAP+CH组的根管壁上粪肠球菌的菌落数较其余3组减少。结论新型三重抗生素单独应用或联合氢氧化钙应用对粪肠球菌的抗菌效果均优于传统三重抗生素和氢氧化钙,可以认为新型三重抗生素和新型三重抗生素联合氢氧化钙是针对根管粪肠球菌感染的有效消毒药物。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the in vitro antibacterial effect of a new triple antibiotic combined with calcium hydroxide on Enterococcus faecalis infection in root canal. Methods 80 intact human premolar teeth with normal development were selected to establish the model of isolated canals infection of Enterococcus faecalis. They were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal saline (NS group), calcium hydroxide (CH group), traditional triple antibiotics (metronidazole, minocycline and ciprofloxacin, TAP group), new triplex antibiotics (ornidazole, ornidazole), and normal saline (NS group), calcium hydroxide (CH group), traditional triple antibiotics (metronidazole, minocycline and ciprofloxacin, TAP group). Minocycline and ciprofloxacin (NTAP group) and new triple antibiotics combined with calcium hydroxide (NTAP CH group) were used for root canal sealing. The colony count of Enterococcus faecalis on the 3rd and 7th day after encapsulation was observed by colony counting method and observed by scanning electron microscope. Results the number of bacterial colonies in NTAP group and NTAP CH group was lower than that in TAP group and CH group on the 3rd day after sealing (P0.05). The number of bacterial colony in). NTAP CH group was lower than that in NTAP group on the 3rd day (P0.05). On the 7th day, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The colony number of Enterococcus faecalis in NTAP group and NTAP CH group was lower than that in the other three groups. Conclusion the antibacterial effect of new triple antibiotics alone or in combination with calcium hydroxide against Enterococcus faecalis is superior to that of traditional triple antibiotics and calcium hydroxide. It can be concluded that the combination of new triple antibiotics and new triple antibiotics combined with calcium hydroxide is an effective disinfection drug against Enterococcus faecalis infection in root canal.
