母兔球海绵体括约肌反射波形及其在急性骶髓缺血后的变化

【摘要】:目的观察母兔球海绵体括约肌反射(BCR)的波形,并分析其在急性骶髓缺血后的变化特点。方法18只母兔随机分为3组,预实验组(n=6)用于确定最佳刺激强度及排除麻醉和手术对BCR的影响;对照组手术分离腰动脉而不结扎腰动脉,实验组(n=6)结扎左肾动脉和动脉分叉间5条腰动脉建立骶髓缺血损伤动物模型,腰动脉结扎后连续记录BCR波形2 h,观察BCR波在急性骶髓缺血后的变化特点,分别记录腰动脉结扎后2 h和2 d的BCR波形,2 d后取骶髓HE染色镜下观察。结果对照组和实验组手术前均记录到稳定的BCR波,潜伏期(11.5±1.5)ms,波幅(261.2±275.3)μV;实验组骶髓缺血后可见波幅即刻开始降低、潜伏期即刻开始延长,经(0.67±0.40)min后波幅完全消失,实验组手术后2 d波幅与基线的比值是0,低于对照组(99.2%±3.8%)(P0.05)。结论母兔可以记录到稳定的BCR波形,急性骶髓缺血后BCR波幅降低、潜伏期延长。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the waveform of sphincter reflex (BCR) in female rabbits and to analyze its changes after acute sacral spinal cord ischemia. Methods Eighteen female rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups. The experimental group (NN6) was used to determine the optimal stimulation intensity and to exclude the effect of anesthesia and operation on BCR. In the control group, the lumbar artery was separated without ligation of the lumbar artery. In the experimental group (NN6), 5 lumbar arteries were ligated between the left renal artery and the artery bifurcation to establish the animal model of sacral spinal cord ischemia injury. The BCR waveform was recorded continuously for 2 h after ligation of the lumbar artery. The changes of BCR wave after acute sacral spinal cord ischemia were observed. The BCR waveforms were recorded at 2 hours and 2 days after ligation of lumbar artery respectively. The sacral spinal cord was stained with HE after 2 days. Results the stable BCR wave was recorded in the control group and the experimental group before operation, the latency was (11.5 卤1.5) ms, and the amplitude was (261.2 卤275.3) 渭 V. After sacral spinal cord ischemia, the amplitude of sacral spinal cord in the experimental group began to decrease and the incubation period was prolonged immediately. After (0.67 卤0.40) min, the amplitude of the wave disappeared completely. The ratio of amplitude to baseline was 0 on the 2nd day after operation in the experimental group. Lower than the control group (99.2% 卤3.8%) (P0.05). Conclusion stable BCR waveforms can be recorded in female rabbits. The amplitude of BCR is decreased and the latency is prolonged after acute sacral spinal cord ischemia.
