[Abstract]:In order to study the functional relationship between cerebral cortex and muscle in healthy people during walking, and to explore whether there was a difference in the functional relationship between walking and backward walking, 10 healthy subjects were tested for forward walking and backward walking for more than 10 min. Based on Granger causality algorithm (GC), the (EMG) signals of scalp EEG (EEG) and surface electromyography collected synchronously during the test were analyzed. The GC significant area indexes of EEG and different muscle EMG under different rhythms were further defined to quantitatively describe the functional coupling relationship and information flow between cortex and muscle. The relationship between EEG power spectrum and functional coupling was analyzed. Wilcoxon nonparametric test showed that the GC significant area index of alpha and beta rhythm of rectus femoris and anterior tibia muscle in EEG 鈮,
