体育锻炼与高中留守儿童主观幸福感以及人格关系研究

【摘要】:自2004年5月教育部召开“中国农村留守儿童问题研讨座谈会”以来的十几年里,农村留守儿童问题已成为我国社会各界以及研究学者们广泛关注的群体。根据精神分析理论童年期的创伤经历会对一生的心理健康及人格产生重要影响。高中阶段是学生们人生发展的一个关键而特殊的阶段,此时正是他们身心发展逐渐走向成熟,个性趋于稳定,人生观和世界观形成的关键时期。具有留守经历的高中生他们的人格及心理健康状况如何,他们与非留守之间是否存在差异?另一方面,有研究发现体育锻炼对于心理健康具有改善作用。但以往的研究主要集中在消极的方面,对积极方面的重视不够。因此,本研究拟对体育锻炼与高中留守儿童积极心理关系进行探讨。本文采用调查法,选用《青少年主观幸福感量表》、《艾森克人格问卷成人版》和《高中生基本情况调查表》对贵州省黎平县第一民族中学、黎平第四中学和从江县第一民族中学三所中学450名高中生进行调查,运用相关分析的方法对数据进行分析处理,结果显示:1.高中锻炼组留守儿童在生活满意度上得分明显高于非锻炼组,同时积极情感得分显著高于非锻炼组,消极情感得分低于非锻炼组;人格维度上锻炼组内外向得分明显高于非锻炼组,而精神质和神经质上得分明显低于非锻炼组。2.高中留守儿童主观幸福感在不同体育锻炼强度、时间和频数上存在显著性差异,体育锻炼强度、时间和频数与高中留守儿童主观幸福感水平呈正相关。同时锻炼时间和频数对主观幸福感还具有一定的预测作用。3.高中留守儿童人格在不同体育锻炼强度、时间和频数上存在显著性差异,体育锻炼强度、时间和频数与高中留守儿童人格内外向和精神质维度呈显著正相关,而神经质维度与锻炼强度、时间和频数呈负相关。此外,锻炼强度和时间对人格内外向和精神质还具有一定的预测作用。结论:体育锻炼对高中留守儿童主观幸福感和人格有积极的影响。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years since the Ministry of Education held a symposium on the issue of left-behind children in rural China in May 2004, the issue of left-behind children in rural areas has become a group of people from all walks of life and researchers in our country. According to the theory of psychoanalysis, traumatic experiences in childhood have an important effect on mental health and personality. The senior middle school stage is a key and special stage for the development of students' life. This time is the crucial period for their physical and mental development to be mature, their personality to be stable, and their outlook on life and world outlook to be formed. What are the personality and mental health status of senior high school students with left-behind experience, and are there any differences between them and non-left-behind students? On the other hand, some studies have found that physical exercise can improve mental health. However, previous studies mainly focus on negative aspects, and do not pay enough attention to positive aspects. Therefore, this study intends to explore the positive psychological relationship between physical exercise and left-behind high school children. This article adopts the investigation method, selects the Youth subjective Well-Being scale, the Eysenck Personality questionnaire Adult Edition and the High School basic situation questionnaire to the first nationality Middle School of Liping County, Guizhou Province, 450 senior middle school students in Liping No. 4 Middle School and Congjiang first Nation Middle School were investigated. The data were analyzed and processed by the method of correlation analysis. The results showed as follows: 1. The score of life satisfaction of left-behind children in high school exercise group was significantly higher than that of non-exercise group, and the score of positive emotion was significantly higher than that of non-exercise group, and the score of negative emotion was lower than that of non-exercise group. The scores of extroversion and extroversion in the personality dimension of the exercise group were significantly higher than those in the non-exercise group, while the scores of psychoticism and neuroticism were significantly lower than those of the non-exercise group. There were significant differences in the subjective well-being of left-behind children in different physical exercise intensity, time and frequency. The intensity, time and frequency of physical exercise were positively correlated with the level of subjective well-being of left-behind high school children. At the same time, exercise time and frequency also have a certain predictive effect on subjective well-being. 3. 3. There were significant differences in the intensity, time and frequency of physical exercise among the left-behind children in senior high school. The intensity, time and frequency of physical exercise were positively correlated with the personality introversion and spiritual dimension of the left-behind children in senior high school. The neuroticism dimension was negatively correlated with exercise intensity, time and frequency. In addition, exercise intensity and time also have a certain predictive effect on personality introversion and psychoticism. Conclusion: physical exercise has a positive effect on subjective well-being and personality of left-behind children in high school.
